Canvas & mesh options

Custom color matching
We work from your palette, thread references, approved samples, or agreed color direction to keep each canvas true to the design.

Is the sample free?
Yes. Your first sample with Atelier Veya is complimentary, so you can review our painting quality before committing to a larger order.
How long does an order usually take?
Most orders take around 2–4 weeks to complete. After receiving your order details, we review the quantity, design complexity, and requirements, then confirm the timeline before work begins.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We support small runs, and orders can start from one painted canvas per design.
Which canvas and mesh counts can you work with?
We commonly work with 13 and 18 mesh mono canvas, but we are not limited to these specifications. Client-supplied canvas is welcome, or we can source canvas according to your confirmed requirements.
Can you work alongside my current supplier?
Yes. You can come to us for hand-painting only, use your own canvas or supplier, or add other services without replacing your existing setup.
How do you protect my designs and project information?
All project materials are treated as confidential. We do not share your artwork, stitch charts, reference images, product details, brand name, or design information with third parties without your permission. We also do not use client projects for marketing or outreach unless approved.
