Your artwork is translated onto needlepoint canvas with close attention to placement, intersections, and color boundaries.
Canvas & mesh options
13 and 18 mesh mono canvas are most commonly requested. Other mesh counts and specifications can be sourced by project, and client-supplied canvas is welcome.
Custom color matching
We work from your palette, thread references, or agreed color direction to keep each canvas true to the design.

A few useful details before we begin.
Is the sample free?
Yes. Your first sample with Atelier Veya is complimentary, so you can review our painting quality before we begin your order.
How long does an order take?
Most orders take around 2–4 weeks after the painted master is approved. Once we receive your details, we review the quantity, design complexity, canvas availability, and finishing needs, then confirm the timing before work begins.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We welcome small runs, and orders can start from one painted canvas per design.
Which canvas and mesh counts can you work with?
We commonly work with 13 and 18 mesh mono canvas, but we are not limited to these specifications. Client-supplied canvas is welcome, or we can source canvas according to your confirmed requirements.
How do you protect my designs and project information?
All project materials are treated as confidential. We do not share your artwork, stitch charts, reference images, product details, brand name, or design information with third parties without your permission. We also do not use client projects for marketing or outreach unless approved.
Can you work alongside my current supplier?
Yes. We can support one part of your workflow, help with selected designs, or provide extra capacity when needed. You do not need to replace an existing supplier to work with Atelier Veya.
